How to upgrade ?
Sorry for this basic question,
but to upgrade a package it's simple necessary to use Dselect ,
but when i want upgrade a distribution by example debian 1.3 to 2.0
the Base packages are automaticaly upgrade without reboot with
deselect or what is a method ???
