or:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian/hamm/hamm/binary-i386/devel/
or for that matter:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian/hamm/hamm/binary-m68k/devel/
(the latter two are symbolic links to the copy in 'binary-all'.
