Network disconnect after ~3Mb

Hi,
I have posted this problem about a week ago, but now I have more
information, that will hopefully help.
I have a network setup between a dual boot Windows 95/Linux, and
a Windows 95 only on the second computer. However, the network
disconnects after around 3Mbs have been send over the network ( total,
doesn't matter if it's one file )
As of right now, I'm all out of ideas, can somebody provide some
kind of check-list of some obvious things ( no matter how far-fetched )
I might have missed during the setup?
I appreciate it,
Nikita
