My guess would be that you use "jade" + "jadetex" to make DVI, or "jade" to
make HTML.
"jade" takes an sgml document + a DSSSL program (which defines how
entities/constructs are mapped to layout instructions). It's by James Clark,
and is more or less a superset of sp.
Disclaimer: I have no practical experience with this at all, just an
interest in SGML.
