The libc5 version was updated after the last disk set, so it doesn't
appear in base, and must be "upgraded". There were no problems encountered
during testing (in fact I just did a standard installation yesterday from
the 1.3.1 archive with no problems) so I am assuming this is an ftp method
problem.
