whatis "kernel: eth0: bogus packet size: ..." ?

Sometimes I see these messages on my screen:

Apr  8 11:44:41 crdlx2 kernel: eth0: bogus packet size: 0, status=0x21
nxpg=0x3c.
Apr  8 12:49:06 crdlx2 kernel: eth0: bogus packet size: 0, status=0x21
nxpg=0x32.
Apr  8 14:17:38 crdlx2 kernel: eth0: bogus packet size: 0, status=0x21
nxpg=0x3f.
Apr  8 23:43:31 crdlx2 kernel: eth0: bogus packet size: 0, status=0x21
nxpg=0x2d.

What should I do with it? Is somthing wrong on my machine or
there are problems in local network?
