On any mirror :

  debian/unstable/binary-i386/base/ldso_1.8.10-1_i386.deb
  debian/rex-fixed/binary-i386/base/libc5.4.20-1_i386.deb

(I'm not sure about the excact locations; if you want "new" stuff,
just always go to "unstable").
