Some of them are from non-free and contrib, and as we've got a single contrib and non-free for both unstable and stable, these kind of things can happen.
The only one that _should_ be recompiled is xfig, it is in buzz-fixed.
I've opened a bug against it...

For the other packages, nothing can be done (unless the maintainer is really careful). Hopefully, we should soon have a stable and unstable non-free and contrib.

Note that while dpkg will complain, these programs should work correctly...
