GNU mirror

Requested by Ben Pfaff, I have added a GNU mirror to my ftp Debian ftp
site.  I also aliased it in DNS so it is easy to remember:
    ftp://gnu.egr.msu.edu/pub/gnu

Seeing that it is Debian *GNU*/Linux, thought people here would appreciate
it. :)
