CGI Error

How can I fix this problem?

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@3dillusion.com and
inform them of the time the error occurred, and
anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

This is the top line of my input:

#! /usr/bin/perl 

I'm using the newest Apache included w/ hamm, suexec is configured &
compiled correctly, Apache says 'configuring apache to run with suexec..'
when starting, and it runs fine w/ other .cgi scripts.. (binary)
