Unrecognized message in /var/log/anacron

     When anacron ran this morning, it wrote the following to
/var/log/anacron:

     anacron started at Sat Nov  1 08:49:53 EST 1997
     Job cron.daily scheduled for execution in 1 minutes.
     Job cron.weekly scheduled for execution in 6 minutes.
     Job cron.monthly scheduled for execution in 11 minutes.

     cp: /local/bob/.lockfetch-bobspc: No such file or directory

     Which program requires .lockfetch, and should i create it?
