disk copying tool?

Anyone know of a good disk copying tool for Linux?
I have two floppy drives, I want to copy from an image
to the two drives alternately, preferably checking that
each has changed before writing (using changeline).

I am using a program called DiskFactory 32 for Win32
which is ok but only does one floppy drive. I thought
there might be a nice DFSG-compliant one around
which supports two drives.

I did use a shell script with dd but it doesn't
have verify nor changeline support of course.
Actually I fiddled with some syscalls with
the change line stuff and found it unreliable.
