I think so. I updated to menu 1.5-2, and then I get this error:#

pc138# update-menus
At least one of genmenu, startmenu, endmenu, submenutitle
is undefined in the config file. All of these have to be 
defined (although they may be equal to "")
/etc/menu-methods//kde: Aborting
