Has anyone tried to compile pppd-2.3.1 on debian, using 2.0.29 and
glibc2? Any success with it?
... about my last problem, with routing and modem: it wasn't
network related. It was a matter of IRQs between the modem and NIC and a
stupid setup. God..., i looked twice at the modem jumpers (a Sportster)
and haven't noticed four IRQ Jumpers turned on. :)
