Re: Building Debian Packages



 One painless way to build a package is to use debmake (thanks Christoph),
 located in the utils section. Make sure to read file 
 /usr/doc/debmake/HOWTO.first_time and chances are your package
 will be ready shortly afterwards. The mechanics of it all will 
 become clear over time, but until then you should be able
 to use debmake to build simple packages without much effort.
