Did you take care of this?

If so, please take a look at /etc/cfingerd/cfingerd.conf.  One can
configure which information should be given out.

If you grep for -i pgp in it you should see something like:

        PGP_KEY         = ".pgpkey",
        +PGP                    = [TRUE, TRUE],
        PGPKEY          = "PGP Public Key:",

cfingerd performs some logging so you should be able to read some
messages from syslog.
