elvis should not use colors

Hi!

Elvis uses colors by default (different when editing a shell script
or a html file).  I don't like that colors at all.

I'd like to have the possibility to turn that off completely in my
.elvisrc or .exrc or similar.  Can ne1 provide me with the lines?

As an interim solution I have removed the files from /etc/elvis
but now .exrc and .elvisrc aren't evaluated anymore, this is
bad, too.
