drawing a blank here about dpkg error
i'm trying to clean up a system and am running into a dpkg
opiton problem that i have seen before, but i can't remember
now what the solution was.
when i try to upgrade dpkg i get:
Preparing to replace dpkg (using dpkg_1.4.0.8.deb) ...
dpkg: unknown option --assert-support-predepends
is the "--assert-support-predepends" being passed by
the new dpkg package then causing the the current version
of dpkg to fail?
help from the Force will be appreciated!
