descriptions of the various mailing lists

Is there an up-to-date document describing what is in the various mailing
lists? 

I'm trying to subscribe to the various mailing lists before
leaving university where ATM I look at some via a mail-news gateway.

In particular, does anybody know about these:
  debian-board           things to do with the BOD (such as...)?
  debian-devel-announce  ?
  debian-doc             ?
  debian-faq             for the Debian FAQ?
  debian-testing         testing group?
  debian-www             Debian web site?
  debian-changes         uploads into stable?
  debian-devel-changes   uploads into unstable/experimental (and stable?)
