1.3 should be very close to be released. Everybody is waiting for it.
Right now it is "frozen" (beta test.)

1.3 will be a stable release.

Any way, you can upgrade your currently installed 1.2.5 to 1.3 when it comes
out very easyly. That's the power of Debian.
