Hang during boot

I have a machine that will start to boot the boot disk to install Debian 1.2
on.

intel i486 dx-2 80
8M of ram <-- is this a problem ?
1 300M ide
2 2.0G seagate barracuda's
1 VLB ide controller
1 Buslogic VLB SCSI controller with floppy controller disabled
1 TechWorks ThunderBolt video card
1 SMC EtherEZ

It gets past the buslogic and locks up right after the eata message
and then a message about skiping the PCI Bridge.

This is were it locks up.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks
