i don't know how much rex/source takes because i don't bother mirroring it.

for just the binaries of rex & bo you're looking at approx 420MB.  Add
approx ~60MB if you want contrib, non-free, and non-us binaries as well. 


if you're mirroring only unstable, remember to flatten symlinks - see the
man page for mirror to figure out how to do this.
