HELP!!! X-Windows is dead!

Hi,
If i try to go in X, i receive the error message:

X: exec of /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_Mach64  failed
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect : Can't connect : errno = 2
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect : Can't connect : errno = 2
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect : Can't connect : errno = 2
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect : Can't connect : errno = 2
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect : Can't connect : errno = 2
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect : Can't connect : errno = 2
giving up
xinit : No such file or directory (errno2 ): unable to connect to Xserver
xinit : No such process (errno 3): Server error.

This problem appear after a reboot.

Please, help me!!
