Not "out of the box", but almost if you compile gsftopk (very easy) and make
the two changes to MakeTeXPK that I stated in my last mail. I use Avantgarde
and Helvetica fonts quite often for headers etc as in
\usepackage{avant}
\centerline{\textsf{\Large A Header in Avantgarde}}
