Thanks to all who helped me out. I ended up "cp -p -r" my /home,
/var, and /root directories to /tmpmount/originaldir/ and made /home
a link to /tmpmount/home ect.
This freed up some space, and I was able to get things going just
fine. Love quake under X, nice resolution.
