sendmail inconjuntion with procmail as the local delivery agent works
beautifully.  In fact, if you don't use any of the filtering features
of procmail, it will deliver mail without interference in the same way
that deliver does, but it will notify consat too.

I just have the line:
FEATURE(local_procmail)
in my sendmail.mc that I used to create sendmail.cf

works like a charm.
