One more thing...
Hello again...
i forgot to include this last question on my previous post.
I have implemented quotas on one of our servers here, onthe /home
filesystem. W/NIS and NFS we have anothe system using /home also.
anyhow, when i check quotas on the client (quota -v), the server spawns
off 40 rpc.rquotad processes. Is this normal?? I was reading the man
pages for rpc.rquotad, and it mentions that it needs to be kicked off at
bootup time, along with rpc.nfsd and rpc.mountd. ( i haven't tried the
latter... yet). anyhow, what is the correct method??? any help appreciated..
