The deb for libtiff3 is on: ftp://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian/rex/binary/graphics/libtiff3_3.4beta035-1.deb I could have supported libgr, but it's obsolete and moved to libtiff. libjpeg and libpng/libz directly.
