Re: 3D Graphics Cards?

I came across a WWW site of potential interest on this topic tonight:
Part 3 of the comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.video at

http://www.heartlab.rri.uwo.ca/vidfaq/videofaq.html

In it, they list a number of sites specifically devoted to 3D, among
which are:
http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~bm/3dcards/3d-cards1.html
http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~bm/3dcards/3d-cards2.html

In the latter page (at location #B13), mention is made of using Linux
on a Arcobel Imagine

This page mentions a portable library called TAGL that had been
tested under Linux:
http://www.cs.tu-berlin.de/~ki/engines.html

Also potentially relevant are:
http://www.cs.tu-berlin.de/~ki/game_eng.html
http://www.excalibur.net/~3d/

Hope that's useful.
