I uploaded an installation manual to unstable/disks-i386/install.html . That may not have reached all of the mirrors yet. Also, you should probably hold off on installing until the newer set of floppy disks reaches the site you are FTP-ing from (it's not yet on ftp.debian.org and I am nudging the people there every hour). These were uploaded on April 28, except for the root_floppy.gz which was uploaded April 30. Thanks Bruce
