Re: Floppy X
With all this dicsussion about fitting X on a single floppy we seem to
be ignoring the fact that it has already been done. TinyX (LSM entry attached)
has done this on a single floppy.
Sure it isn't debian and sure it isn't the latest version of X, but it
shouldn't be that hard to use this as a bootstrap, before giving the option
of upgrading to the latested debian version of X.
Something along the lines of suppling an additional diskto the base set
which contains a minimal X implementation with enough to start an X
dselect which can then be used to upgrade the X server if necessary.
