As far as I can tell we are comparable to Red Hat on a techical level.
Part of the reason for this is that Red Hat has accepted some of our
best ideas - the packaging system, the open bug reporting system, etc.

Someone at Pixar is trying out Metro X on Debian, I don't have his report
yet. We will support XFree86 as our main X system, because it's open and
free software. We encourage hardware manufacturers and users to put their
hardware features into XFree86.

We are coming up to the formal beta test - the "Tax Day" beta will
start on April 15.
