uucp-1.05-5 released

With this latest release of uucp(*), I have the permissions problems under
control, except possibly the untested case of using uucp to dial out through
a port which is running a getty. I also have fixed up the dependencies as
per Ian Jackson. This release has a hack to fix the permissions of log files
that were mangled by savelog, which will not be needed once people switch to
Ian J.'s new cron. My next release of uucp will depend on that new version
of cron and will not contain the hack.

Just as I was getting this out the door, I found out that Ian Taylor has
released uucp 1.06, so I will have to upgrade this package again. I think
that I will release uucp-1.06-1 for experimental use while continuing to
upgrade and maintain the 1.05 distributions for a while.

(*) For those who don't know, uucp is for file transfer between *nix
systems which are not otherwise networked.
