itimer 1.00 released

Since ftp.debian.org is down at the time of writing, it might be a
while before this turns up in the right place.

The right place is at fist sight the mail/ subdirectory since the
package is intended for use in conjunction with vm, the MUA I uploaded
a few days ago.  However it potentially has more general application
so perhaps it should go somewhere else?

I am open to suggestions ;-)

Description: Interval timer for Emacs
 If itimer is installed, the vm package can use it to check for new
 mail after a preset interval, rather than just whenever the user
 presses 'g'.
