"mount" updated

mount-2.4-2 Bruce Perens Thu Jul 27 08:31:33 PDT 1995
Add the "-n" flag, which happens to have been in the manual page but not
the program. This will let us un-mount filesystems that have been
	mounted on a read-only root.

Although this is a part of the base, installing it without installing
the other new base packages won't hurt anything. The sysvinit package
that I'll be issuing soon will depend on this version of mount.
