Problem with install Debian 0.91

Hi,
  I've just tried to install Debian 0.91 on PC with 2 MB of RAM. I've choosen
'fd' at the boot prompt and when the system displayed a message:

VFS: Insert root floppy and press Enter

I put a DOS formatted diskette. Then I saw:

VFS: Disk change detected on device 2/0
VFS: Mounted root (msdos filesystem)

.. and nothing else, no more activity, the system was dead, I had to reboot.
What should I do, how can I install Debian?
