Unless v.99pl15 has some real problems, my opinion is that it should
be kept at v.99pl15, non alpha, v.99pl15 works fine on my machine, but
I am not networked...

I thought the problem was the group in /var/spool/mail/<name> had to be
set to mail, not users?
