Log dosyasının sonunda da yazdığı gibi "apt-get install x-window-system"
komutunu uyguladın mı? Eğer uygulamadıysan uygulamanı tavsiye ediyorum ki

Hata çıktıları bundan kaynaklanıyor. Bu klasörler hatırladığım kadarıyla
x-window-system'in kurulumu sonrasında oluşturuluyorlardı. Ayrıca GDM yi
apt-get install gdm komutu ile kuramazsın. Gdm paketi sadece gdm desktop a
giriş penceresinin paketidir. GDM kurulumu için komutu tam hatırlayamıyorum
ama "apt-cache search gdm" komutunun çıktısından açıklamaları okuyarak doğru
gdm paketini bulabilirsin sanırım.
