unstable'dan aptitude kalktı mı?

Herkese Merhaba
Daha önce söylediğim gibi upgrade işlemi sırasında aptitude kalktı.
Şimdi apt-get den kurmaya çalışıyorum aşağıdaki hatayı veriyor. Acaba
bu geçici bir durum mu?
