In computing, IA-64 (Instruction Architecture-64) is a 64-bit processor architecture developed
in cooperation by Intel and Hewlett-Packard for processors such as Itanium and Itanium 2.
The goal of Itanium is to produce a "post-RISC era" architecture, using a very long instruction
