Entonces, no te compliques la vida e instala el paquete desde los
reporsitorios de Debian, como te indica Roberto, que es la opción más

Aún así no me queda claro qué falla ni por qué falla.
Sería interesante que puisreas las alida completa de la orden que
ejecutas, para ver qué te dice cuando verifica las dependencias.
