Estoy teniendo un problema desde hace unos dias.
En mi computadora tengo instalados Jessie, Stretch, Buster y Testing (Bulseye).
En este momento estoy usando Stretch.
El problema que le digo lo tengo con Jessie, Stretch y Buster.
En mi computadora tengo una replica de los repositorios de Debian. Tanto del sistema operativo (ftp.us.debian.org) como de los parches de seguridad que se encuentran en security.debian.org y tambien de los update-volatile. Tengo copia de Jessie, Stretch y Buster.
Desde Wheezy que vengo haciendo asi. Solo que a Wheezy lo tengo en un disco rigido externo que solo uso para Debian. De las otras versiones tambien tengo copia en ese disco rigido y cada tanto lo conecto y actualizo.
Para hacer estas copias utilizo debmirror. Con los siguientes comados:
Stretch:
debmirror -h ftp.us.debian.org --progress --dist=stretch --root=/debian --di-arch=amd64 --section=main,contrib,non-free --arch=amd64 --method=rsync --nosource --ignore-release-gpg --i18n --rsync-extra=doc,indices --rsync-options='-aIL' /home/jciv/Stretch-repositorios/Stretch
Stretch-updates-volatile:

Hace años que lo vengo haciendo, desde Wheezy, jamas tuve problema alguno. Pero desde hace unas semanas cuando actualizo los updates (security.debian.org) me da un error, esto pasas con las tres versiones de Debian que utilizan este repositorio:
