Autenticacion LDAP en Apache: errores con Chrome y no con Firefox

Hola gente, he implementado la autenticación LDAP en mi servidor Apache 2.4.38 sobre un Debian 10.

La autenticación funciona bien.

Cuando uso el navegador web Firefox, autentico OK y no tengo registros de errores en absoluto, pero cuando uso el navegador web Chrome la autenticación también está bien, pero el archivo error.log del Apache2 tiene varias entradas que mustran un error de falla de autenticacion y en consecuencia los usuarios son bloqueados por el AD porque hay muchas fallas.

Le muestro los archivos defaul-ssl.conf y error.log para obtener su ayuda, por favor:

Les agradezco de antemnano su ayuda para saber que linea puedo agregar o quitar para que no aparezcan mas estos errores de autenticacion con Chrome.
