OT: micro SD no formatea

buenas, estoy tratando de dar formato a una memoria SD, pruebo borrar
la particion utilizando fdisk

y me aparece el siguiente error.

The partition table has been altered.
Calling ioctl() to re-read partition table.
Re-reading the partition table failed.: Dispositivo o recurso ocupado

The kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be used at the
next reboot or after you run partprobe(8) or kpartx(8).

al reiniciar nuevamente, sigue en mismo problema y el mismo mensaje.


probe un mkfs.vfat -F 32 -n Mi_Memoria /dev/sdb1

pero no formatea nada, es como si estuviese en RO la memoria, pero
fisicamente no tiene nada que coloque en solo lectura.
