Ya funciono!

y reemplace

backports-3.11-rc3-1 por backports-3.17-rc3-1, luego no me cargaba el firmware y baje firmware-realtek_0.36+wheezy.1_all.deb el cual no me funciono luego me baje el firmware-realtek_0.43~bpo70+1_all.deb, reinicie la red y ya esta funcionando.

Mode:Managed Access Point: Not-Associated Tx-Power=20 dBm

Power Management:off

Espero pueda ser de ayuda para otra persona que tenga los mismo problemas.

Si, me baje el backports-3.17-rc3-1 y ya no me dio error de compilación.

Ahora me envia el siguiente error:

Busca una versión del compat-drivers más cercana a la versión de tu
kernel (3.2).
