prueba tu configuracion con radclient.. pasandoles los Access-Request, para chequear cuando ocurre lo que quieres hacer y que no hace.

Cuando hago freeradius -X no dice nada al respecto
en /etc/freeradius/radiusd.conf en la parte de
checkval {
item-name = Calling-Station-Id
check-name = Calling-Station-Id
data-type = string
}
No entiendo que puede estar pasando????
o faltara algun paquete por instalar???
