Al igual que tampoco funciona por ejemplo poner ...

php_value upload_max_filesize 100M

... en el .htaccess

phpinfo() sigue mostrando ...

upload_max_filesize 2M 2M

... tanto para la columna local como para la general. En realidad 
phpinfo() sólo refleja los cambios si los hago directamente sobre el 
php.ini, pero lo que yo quiero es saber por qué no me está funcionando 
nada de lo que pongo en el .htaccess. ¿Alguien puede aportar algo de luz 
al tema?
