Resolución de Squeeze en VMWare Player
Buenas.
Hace un año me interesé por la forma de configurar la resolución del modo
consola (en realidad me refiero al framebuffer) en un Squeeze que no tiene
entorno gráfico. Me refiero a que arranca en modo texto. Esto era lo que
había que hacer ?
To set a screen resolution for your console you can do the following log in
as root edit /etc/default/grub uncomment the GRUB_GFXMODE=640x480 and change
the resolution to something you can use e.g. 1024x768 edit
/etc/grub.d/00_header search for: set gfxmode=${GRUB_GFXMODE} on the next
line insert: set gfxpayload=keep verify that the new line is before insmod
gfxterm run update-grub run reboot to confirm that your changes worked!
Me funcionó perfectamente, pero ahora trato de configurarlo para un Squeeze
virtualizadon en VMWare Player (ya he instalado las VMWare Tools) y se me
queda congelado durante el arranque en la línea ?Loading initial ramdisk ??
¿Alguna idea?
