Yo lo tengo así:

../init.d/bluetooth

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19  9 mai 12:00 /etc/rc3.d/S20bluetooth ->
../init.d/bluetooth
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19  9 mai 12:00 /etc/rc4.d/S20bluetooth ->
../init.d/bluetooth
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19  9 mai 12:00 /etc/rc5.d/S20bluetooth ->

Al no usar el bluetooth no se si esa diferencia es suficiente como
para que deje de funcionar, pero es posible.
Intenta rehacer los links.

PD: Acabo de encontrar este bugreport:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=624353 . Quizás
puedas aportar más información si consigues arreglarlo :-)
