si entendí bien tu mensaje inicial, lo vas a usar de forma no
interactiva, y creería que wxwindows lo usa para la parte interactiva
del asunto.
Seguramente hay alguna opción --without-libwx-gtk... o enable/disable.
Otra vez: ./configure --help para ver que podés hacer
